I have a div that must be the full height of the window, but the user may scroll it down or up and the height must remain the same (fixed) only with a height change when the user scrolls down the window.
I have the function that keep the div with the same height, on scroll down, how should I achieve the opposite,the div keeping its height and getting smaller on the scroll up?

You should prevent the user from scrolling by using the preventDefault() method.
If you want the div to shrink, change ‘auto’ to an integer height value, for example 500px.
Note that these values are only examples and may not have the same effect on all browsers. It will work in modern browsers though.

Food combining practices are designed to maximize beneficial digestion of foods, to facilitate elimination and to avoid or reduce the digestion of antinutrients (poisonous substances) in foods, which affect the health of the digestive tract and the body as a whole. Foods that are usually combined are milk and milk products, cheese and other fermented foods, large doses of meat (if eaten several hours before or after a meal) coffee, black tea, green tea, cocoa and chocolate, alcohol (beer, wine, hard liquor) and raw fruits and vegetable juices which are sold as drinks.

food combining refers to the way that foods are eaten, what order they are eaten and what the consequences are.
When you eat your main meal at about the same time as your supper or your afternoon snack, the solubles left over from your lunch or dinner digested as a natural consequence.
If, however, the solubles are eaten immediately after the large meal, the digestive process for the previous meal will be halted, and the solubles will be converted into a large number of gases, which will have to escape the body through the bowels.
You may find yourself gasping for air at night, this is because the gases have built up in your intestinal tract and are causing distension.
To avoid these problems, eat your main meal at least three or four hours before your supper or evening snack.
